Seyda Neen

This is the first city you see when you start a new game of Morrowind. There isn't a lot to do here, but there's enough to give you some starting money and equipment.

Seyda Neen Merchants

• Arrille (Arrille's Trade House, Seyda Neen) sells armor, weapons, clothing, and potion ingredients. He also sells some spells, mostly from the school of Destruction, but you can get a halfway decent heal spell here as well.

• Thavere Vedrano (Seyda Neen Lighthouse) sells healing potions

• Socucius Ergalla (Seyda Neen Census and Excise Office)
  Sneak, Acrobatics, Light Armor.

• Raflod the Braggart (Upstairs in Arrille's Trade House, Seyda Neen)
  Medium Armor, Long Blade, Block

• Elone (Upstairs Arrille's Trade House) She will not train you, or even admit she does any training, until you have seen Caius and joined the Blades.
  Long Blade, Medium Armor, Athletics

• Adearia Vandacia (Upstairs Seyda Neen Census and Excise Warehouse) This woman is behind a locked door.
